Vinhomes Central Park is one of the largest apartment developments in Ho Chi Minh City and by far the largest in Binh Thanh District, offering everything from one bedroom units to a range of larger apartments suitable for families.

Vinhomes Central Park Overview
Vinhomes Central Park is the largest apartment development in Binh Thanh District and one of the largest apartment complexes in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Construction on most of the area started in 2014, with the apartments opening in 2017.
The complex is made up of 18 separate apartment buildings, each with their own pool and gym facilities, as well as the Landmark 81 tower. Vinhomes Central Park stretches over more than one kilometer of riverfront land along the Saigon River, resulting in beautiful river views from many units.

As well as each building’s facilities, residents have easy access to the large riverfront park and the numerous shops and restaurants in the area. There’s also a private hospital and school located inside the area, both of which are operated by Vingroup.

Vinhomes Central Park Location
Vinhomes Central Park has one of the best locations of any apartment complex in Binh Thanh District. All apartments are located less than five minutes away from the Vincom Center Landmark 81, one of Ho Chi Minh City’s largest and most exclusive shopping malls.
Within the mall, you can find a variety of restaurants, cafés, clothing and electronics retailers, activities and more. There’s also a large supermarket inside the shopping mall with everything you need for day-to-day living.
In addition to the Vincom Center, there are numerous small cafés, shops, convenience stores and restaurants throughout the area. Almost all towers have several stores, meaning you’ll never be more than two minutes away from a place to shop for food, drinks and other everyday essentials.
From Vinhomes Central Park, it’s a short five minute drive or taxi ride to District 1. Thao Dien and other areas in District 2 are located less than 10 minutes away and are easy to access via Saigon Bridge.
After Metro Line 1 is completed, Vinhomes Central Park will enjoy easy access to the city’s metro network, with the nearest station located less than 200 meters away.
