The Vista An Phu is a luxurious apartment complex located on Xa Lo Ha Noi, a short distance from Thao Dien. Ideal for couples and families, The Vista is a high-end complex with some of the largest units and best facilities in District 2.
The Vista is recommended for couples and families looking for a luxurious place to live with spacious apartments. The apartments here are very large, starting from 90+ square meters, with tall ceilings, self-contained kitchens and floor-to-ceiling windows in all living areas. The Vista opened to the public in 2011 and, because it’s slightly older than many other high-end developments in Thao Dien and An Phu, offers excellent value for money considering its quality level.
Prices for apartments at The Vista range from $800 to $1,300 per month for two bedroom units, all the way up to $4,000+ per month for penthouses. The rental price for an apartment here can vary depending on whether or not it’s furnished, the quality of the decorating and whether the unit faces the highway or Saigon River.

The Vista An Phu Overview
The Vista is a high-end apartment complex that’s popular with couples and families, especially families with children attending one of the many nearby international schools in Thao Dien or An Phu.
The Vista is made up of five apartment towers. The towers are connected at the third floor, with multiple swimming pools, a tennis court, putting green, gym, men’s and women’s sauna and steam rooms and other luxurious facilities for residents.
There’s also a shopping mall called The Oxygen underneath The Vista, with a supermarket, several cafés and other useful shops.
Key advantages of The Vista include its convenient location, large units and great facilities. The Vista has one of the best swimming pools of any apartment complex in District 2, with multiple pools including children’s pools, a cold jacuzzi pool and a 50 meter, Olympic-spec swimming pool.
From The Vista An Phu, it’s a two to five minute drive to most of Thao Dien and a 15 minute drive to District 1. Estella Place, Cantavil and other malls on the opposite side of Xa Lo Ha Noi are less than five minutes away.
The Vista is a pet-friendly apartment. You can live here with your dogs or cats. Each tower includes a specific lift for pets and the environment of the building is great for animal lovers.
Overall, The Vista An Phu is a great place to live if you want a spacious and comfortable apartment that’s built to a Western standard, especially if you have children and/or pets.

There are two main apartment types at The Vista An Phu: two bedroom apartments and three bedroom apartments.
Pricing for two bedroom apartments at The Vista An Phu can range from $800 to $1,300 per month, depending on the apartment’s layout, decorating and location within the complex.
Some two bedroom apartments with very high-end decorating and/or excellent views, including units on higher floors, can fetch prices of $1,500 or more per month.
Pricing for three bedroom apartments at The Vista An Phu can range from $1,000 to $2,000 per month, depending on the unit’s size and layout, interior design, furniture, view and other factors.

The Vista An Phu Facilities
The facilities at The Vista An Phu are world class. Like other high-end buildings in District 2, The Vista has a large swimming pool (there are actually four separate pools), a gym, a tennis court, a putting green and separate male and female saunas and steam rooms.
The Vista An Phu’s pool area. There are four separate pools, including a 50m swimming pool, smaller pool, children’s paddling pool and cool jacuzzi (pictured on the right, under the cover). All pools are free to use for residents.
There’s also a small children’s playground, koi pond and communal areas that can be used for meetings, BBQ and anything else.
