District 2 is one of the best places to live in Saigon if you have pets. There are lots of pet friendly cafés and restaurants in the area, as well as several parks and green areas that are good for walking your dog.
Masteri Thao Dien allows pets. You can live with a pet, but you need to sign up at the reception to let the building know about your pet first. You’ll also need to follow the pet policy of the building. Masteri’s management fine pet owners for repeated violations of pet policies (not picking up after dog, using facilities with pets, walking dog without a muzzle, etc.). Overall, Masteri Thao Dien is a good choice if you have a cat or other house pet, but you’ll need to follow the regulations if you have a dog.
Masteri An Phu also allows pets. The same rules apply as at Masteri Thao Dien — you’ll need to register your pet at the reception and follow the building’s rules.
The Vista An Phu allows pets, with some restrictions. Some residents here have small dogs and cats. However, the building management is strict about pets and it’s best to check ahead of time. Pets are generally not allowed in the building’s common areas and dogs need to wear a muzzle when in public.
Vista Verde allows pets, with some restrictions. Dogs up to 25kg are allowed and cats are freely allowed. You’ll need to register your pet at the reception before you can keep it in your apartment and follow the regulations of the building.
Gateway Thao Dien allows pets. You do not need to register pets with the juristic office. Pets are forbidden inside the main elevators — you will need to use the service elevator when with your pet.
Estella Heights allows pets. Make sure to check with the management of this building before bringing pets, as you may need to register them before keeping them in your room.
Thao Dien Pearl allows pets. You will need to register your pet with the juristic office before they can stay inside your home.
