Gateway Thao Dien is a luxurious, modern apartment building located a short distance from Vincom Mega Mall. Open to the public in 2018, Gateway Thao Dien offers a variety of high-end units, from studios and one bedroom apartments to two bedroom, three bedroom and four bedroom apartments designed for couples and families.
As one of the most luxurious apartment buildings in the area, Gateway Thao Dien offers a high standard of living and excellent facilities, such as a private swimming pool, gym, sauna and more for residents.
Prices for apartments at Gateway Thao Dien can range from $700 to $900 a month for studios and one bedroom units all the way up to $4,000+ for the larger four bedroom units and penthouses. Gateway Thao Dien Overview
Gateway is one of the newest, most luxurious high-end apartment developments in Thao Dien. It’s located one block away from Masteri Thai Doen and a short two-minute distance from Vincom Mega Mall.
Gateway Thao Dien is made up of four towers: The Aspen, The Madison, The Berkley and The Albany. Several of the towers are connected at the pool floor. The facilities include one large and one small swimming pool, a sauna and a high quality gym for residents. The Berkley contains a serviced residence.
There’s a small outdoor shopping area at the ground floor of Gateway Thao Dien that includes several convenience stores, a pub and places to eat (as of October 2019, many stores and restaurants are still in the process of opening).

Two bedroom apartments at Gateway Thao Dien are priced from $1,100 to $1,400, although some unfurnished units are occasionally available for less than this. These apartments range in size from 82 square meters up and are ideal for couples and small families.
Three bedroom apartments at Gateway Thao Dien can range from $1,400 to $2,500 per month, depending on the unit type. There are several different large apartment types available at Gateway Thao Dien, which explains the variation in pricing for this unit type.

Gateway Thao Dien Facilities
Gateway Thao Dien has excellent facilities. The complex contains two swimming pools — one for children and one for adults — as well as men’s and women’s changing rooms, a sauna and a gym for residents. There’s also a clubhouse area for residents and secure underground parking for cars and motorbikes.
The ground floor of Gateway Thao Dien contains a shopping plaza with a range of convenience stores and places to eat (as of October 2019, many of these shops are still in the process of opening).

Gateway Thao Dien is located at 2 Lê Thước, a short distance from Vincom Mega Mall. The building is accessible via its own exit from Hanoi Highway, making it easy to drive to and from Binh Thanh District and District 1.
From Gateway Thao Dien, it’s a two minute drive to Vincom Mega Mall and other shops and restaurants near Masteri Thao Dien. It’s also less than five minutes from Gateway Thao Dien to the Estella Place and Cantavil shopping malls or MM Megamarket An Phu on the opposite side of Hanoi Highway.
There are several international schools located near Gateway Thao Dien. It’s a short two-minute drive to International School Ho Chi Minh City, while BIS HCMC, European International School HCMC, EtonHouse and several other high quality schools are all located five to 10 minutes away by car or motorbike.
