Vinhomes Central Park is the largest apartment development in Binh Thanh District and one of the largest apartment complexes in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Construction on most of the area started in 2014, with the apartments opening in 2017.

The complex is made up of 18 separate apartment buildings, each with their own pool and gym facilities, as well as the Landmark 81 tower. Vinhomes Central Park stretches over more than one kilometer of riverfront land along the Saigon River, resulting in beautiful river views from many units.

From Vinhomes Central Park, it’s a short five minute drive or taxi ride to District 1. Thao Dien and other areas in District 2 are located less than 10 minutes away and are easy to access via Saigon Bridge.

After Metro Line 1 is completed, Vinhomes Central Park will enjoy easy access to the city’s metro network, with the nearest station located less than 200 meters away.

Each apartment building has either one or several swimming pools, all of which can be access via keycard. These range from large pools designed for swimming to smaller relaxation and children’s pools.

• For the best price, choose an apartment in one of the Landmark towers. Buildings at Vinhomes Central Park are grouped into three categories: Central, Park and Landmark. Of these, the Landmark buildings, which are located around Landmark 81, usually offer the best value for money.
• For the best view, ask for an apartment in one of the Park towers. These towers have direct views of the park, with many apartments offering beautiful views of the Saigon River and District 2.
• Negotiate! Vinhomes Central Park is a huge apartment complex, meaning there are lots of units available. If you narrow your search down to three or four units, ask us to negotiate and we’ll talk to the owners to see who can offer you the best deal.
• Sign a long contract. Just like with other apartment buildings, you’ll usually get the best pricing by signing a two year contract. However, many apartment owners will be willing to offer a small discount for one year contracts.
• Ask for what you want. If you want something specific for your apartment, such as certain furniture or a kitchen appliance, feel free to let our staff know. We can often talk to the apartment owner and get them to purchase the items you need before you move in.
• For better pricing, consider other apartments nearby. If you’re on a strict budget, it’s worth considering other apartment buildings in Binh Than District too.
