The Vista An Phu Overview

The Vista is a high-end apartment complex that’s popular with couples and families, especially families with children attending one of the many nearby international schools in Thao Dien or An Phu.

The Vista is made up of five apartment towers. The towers are connected at the third floor, with multiple swimming pools, a tennis court, putting green, gym, men’s and women’s sauna and steam rooms and other luxurious facilities for residents.

There’s also a shopping mall called The Oxygen underneath The Vista, with a supermarket, several cafés and other useful shops.

Key advantages of The Vista include its convenient location, large units and great facilities. The Vista has one of the best swimming pools of any apartment complex in District 2, with multiple pools including children’s pools, a cold jacuzzi pool and a 50 meter, Olympic-spec swimming pool.

From The Vista An Phu, it’s a two to five minute drive to most of Thao Dien and a 15 minute drive to District 1. Estella Place, Cantavil and other malls on the opposite side of Xa Lo Ha Noi are less than five minutes away.

The Vista An Phu Facilities

The facilities at The Vista An Phu are world class. Like other high-end buildings in District 2, The Vista has a large swimming pool (there are actually four separate pools), a gym, a tennis court, a putting green and separate male and female saunas and steam rooms.

There’s also a small children’s playground, koi pond and communal areas that can be used for meetings, BBQ and anything else.

The Vista An Phu’s gym is one of the best of any apartment building in District 2. The gym includes cardio machines, free weights and a variety of high quality resistance machines. There is also a small yoga studio for residents to use. The gym and pool area of The Vista all have free high-speed Wi-Fi.

There are separate male and female changing rooms near the gym, each with a private sauna and steam room.

The Vista An Phu is located on Xa Lo Ha Noi (Hanoi Highway) in An Phu, a short distance away from the popular Thao Dien area.

From The Vista, it’s a two to three minute drive to Thao Dien, where you can find a variety of cafés and restaurants. Vincom Mega Mall is a short drive down Xa Lo Ha Noi, while Estella Place, Cantavil and MM Megamarket An Phu are located less than five minutes away across the highway.

There are several international schools located near The Vista. International School Ho Chi Minh City is less than one minute away from the apartment complex, while BIS HCMC, European International School HCMC, EtonHouse and other international schools are a short drive away.

The Vista is located on top of The Oxygen, a small shopping complex that contains a supermarket, Starbucks, several small cafés and restaurants, a variety of health and wellness shops, nail/hair salons and more.
