Completed in 2012, The Estella is one of the most luxurious apartment complexes in An Phu. Apartments here are spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities and easy access to the nearby Cantavil Premier Mall and Estella Place.

If you’re looking for a spacious two, three or four bedroom apartment, The Estella is a great choice. This apartment complex is a particularly good option for families due to its large units, great facilities and convenient location close to several of Ho Chi Minh City’s best international schools.

The Estella An Phu Overview

Located on Song Hành, The Estella is one of the largest, highest quality apartment complexes in An Phu.

The complex is made up of eight blocks, each containing 20 to 25 floors of apartments. In total, there are more than 700 units in the complex as a whole, all of which are either two, three or four bedroom.

Designed and built by Keppel Land, The Estella is built to international standards for safety, quality and energy efficiency. In 2012, the complex won the Green Mark Gold Award, while in 2011, prior to its opening, it won “Best Condominium Development” in Vietnam at the South East Asia Property Awards.

Facilities at The Estella include a large swimming pool, a clubhouse, tennis courts and lush, garden-like surroundings. The entire complex has a quiet, peaceful feel despite being located close to the center of An Phu.

From The Estella, it’s a five minute drive to most of the restaurants and cafés in Thao Dien and a one minute drive or short walk to the nearby An Phu shoppping malls. As we’ve covered in more detail below, there are several international schools located closeby, several of which operate a shuttle bus service for families living at The Estella.

Overall, The Estella is a great apartment complex for singles, couples and families alike. The units are large, modern and extremely comfortable, with equally excellent facilities and one of the most convenient locations in An Phu.

The Estella Facilities

One of the biggest advantages of living at The Estella is the facilities you’ll have access to. Simply put, The Estella has some of the best facilities of any apartment in District 2.

Residents of The Estella have access to two swimming pools, including a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool. There are also several cold water jacuzzis located next to the main swimming pool. The swimming pool area has deck chairs and tables for residents to use.

Near the swimming pools is a clubhouse available for residents. There’s also a café located next to the swimming pool, which serves food and drinks throughout the day.

The Estella also features separate male and female changing rooms and saunas. Sports facilities include two tennis courts available for residents.

For families, a small children’s playground is available. There are also outdoor BBQ areas and other spaces for entertaining guests in the relaxing garden area.

Like other high-end apartment complexes in District 2, The Estella has a modern fitness center featuring cardio equipment, weights and a variety of resistance training machines. The gym overlooks the pool, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to exercise.

Secure basement parking is available at The Estella for both cars and motorcycles. Finally, security at The Estella is excellent, with a guard house at the entrance and friendly, well trained security guards throughout the complex day and night.

The Estella Location

The Estella is located on Song Hành, less than one minute’s drive from the Hanoi Highway (Xa Lo Ha Noi).

From The Estella, it’s about a five minute to Thao Dien and a quick two minute walk to the Estella Heights and Cantavil Premier malls. It’s also a short two minute drive down Song Hành to MM Megamarket An Phu, one of District 2’s largest supermarkets.

Inside Estella Heights, you can find a Starbucks, Annam Market and a wide range of dining options.

The Estella is located close to several of Ho Chi Minh City’s top international schools. International School Ho Chi Minh City is located less than a five minute drive away across Xa Lo Ha Noi. It’s also a short drive to BIS HCMC, European International School HCMC and EtonHouse.

The Australian International School Thu Thiem location (Kindergarten to Year 13) is also located approximately a five minute drive from The Estella, making this apartment complex a great choice if your family is attending a nearby school.

Many of these international schools offer shuttle services to and from The Estella.
